Led by owners Klaas-Jan Postma (NederLux) and Jos Stoit (Guillaume Janssen), this marks the emergence of a strong new player in the solar shading industry. SolFaction focuses on both roll and cut-to-size sales of fabrics, as well as the confection of high-quality solar shading fabrics. Together, they form a very strong independent confection company with the largest range of solar shading fabrics: from recycled PET bottles and standard acrylic to various Serge and Soltis\u00ae collections, and even fabrics for indoor shading solutions. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merger is driven by the ambition to work more efficiently and innovatively together while further improving product quality and availability for customers.
