We sell our products worldwide. We collaborate with a few reliable partners abroad who install and maintain our screens on location.
No, we never do the installation or maintenance of sunshade systems ourselves. We can, however, assist with the installation if needed. It's also possible for us to provide an explanation of the installation of our systems; this can be done in our own factory/training space upon request.
Guillaume Jansen is specialized in the manufacturing of unique sunshades. Unfortunately, we do not sell our products directly to a private person. However, it is possible to order our products through one of our partners.
We typically use Mermet, Serge Ferrari, Sauleda, and Ten Cate as our fabric suppliers. Upon request, we can also engage other manufacturers such as Copaco or Helioscreen.
If you have confirmed an order, you can always approach us for assistance during the measurement process. It is best to contact us by phone so that we can schedule a joint appointment with you.
This depends on the type of system you want to order. For very large ZIP systems, we can only use Soltis 86 or Soltis 92. For screens from our MW Series (systems for unique shapes), we use only Soltis 92 fabric or Soltis B92 (opaque fabric).
If our systems are regularly maintained and cleaned, they can last for 10 to 15 years.
Our systems require annual maintenance, especially those with cord/tension spring mechanisms. These systems need additional maintenance after installation to ensure proper tensioning. For specific maintenance instructions, we recommend referring to our maintenance guidelines.
Unless otherwise stated, our systems have a 2-year warranty. Please note that most systems require maintenance. More information about the warranty can be found in our terms and conditions, which can be downloaded from this website.
